Wedding coordinator will provide full coordination with ushers, musicians, photographer, wedding party, parents and grandparents.  Provide planning advice and guidance.  Create personalized wedding-day timeline.  Provide etiquette advice.  Provide recommended  vendors list for photographers, florists, musicians, DJs, caterers, bakeries, printers.  Provide writing assistance for programs and invitations.

Meeting prior to ceremony with day of assistance, unlimited emails, phone calls

Personal Package
For a personal ceremony with the minister including the couple and two guests.
This package costs $300 (includes minister’s fee, administrative fee, and church fee)

Intimate Package
Our romantic chapel provides the perfect setting for your intimate ceremony. It features natural lighting, muted colors and custom stained glass windows creating a romantic setting for your memorable day. The chapel comfortably seats 20 guests.
The package costs $600 and includes:

• Use of chapel for a maximum of 2 hours the day of the ceremony
• Minister’s services including two prenuptial meetings
• Wedding coordinator to oversee the details on the day of the ceremony
• Custodial services prior to and following the ceremony
• Administrative services
• Use of sanctuary for a maximum of 4 hours the day of the ceremony
• Up to 1 hour for a rehearsal
• Minister’s services including two prenuptial meetings
• Wedding coordinator to help plan and facilitate the rehearsal as well as to oversee the details on the day of the ceremony
• Sound and light staff the day of the ceremony
• Custodial services prior to and following the ceremony
• Administrative services
• Music Director services during the rehearsal and ceremony
• Minister’s fee including 1 required prenuptial meeting
• Administrative fee

Family & Friends Package
Our sanctuary features a blend of natural lighting and muted colors for a subtle, elegant setting that compliments virtually any theme. It seats 276 guests.
The package costs $1,250 and includes:

• Use of sanctuary for a maximum of 4 hours the day of the ceremony
• Up to 1 hour for a rehearsal
• Minister’s services including two prenuptial meetings
• Wedding coordinator to help plan and facilitate the rehearsal as well as to oversee the details on the day of the ceremony
• Sound and light staff the day of the ceremony
• Custodial services prior to and following the ceremony
• Administrative services
• Music Director services during the rehearsal and ceremony

Off-Site Package
For couples who already have selected a site, but would like us to officiate the ceremony (does not include wedding coordinator services).
The package costs $350 and includes:

If you would like to add a rehearsal for an additional $250 ($600 total), we will also include:

• Wedding Coordinator, includes 2 meetings with one on-site and services the day of rehearsal.
  Note that the Minister does not attend the rehearsal; details are handled by the Wedding Coordinator.

General Policies

• Ceremony packages are all-inclusive and cannot be broken.
• Couples wishing to have their own minister/officiant, wedding coordinator, musicians may do so; however, Unity Christ Church still will provide a host minister or credentialed Unity leader, wedding coordinator, music director, and package fees will remain the same.
• Receptions: Wedding packages do not include the use of our Friendship Hall for receptions, but can be arranged for an additional rental rate
• Additional time for the use of our facilities on your ceremony day may be arranged for an extra fee
