¨ Tips for developing a daily meditation practice

KRISTIN MASTERTON: In addition to teaching meditation,
martial arts and yoga, Kristin has facilitated a meditation teacher
training course and developed and taught an American
Council on Exercise approved Meditation Specialty Training.
